Borotik film face shuttering plywood is specially manufactured structurally strong plywood for extreme construction applications. Borotik plywood panel is made from specially treated and seasoned timber strips aligned orthogonally successive layers so as to make the plywood macroscopically isotropic resulting in almost same structural properties in all the directions. The layers are bonded together using D4 grade synthetic resin while compressing them under precision rollers. Our precise compression ensures optimal bonding and minimal strip breakage, resulting in highest mechanical strength, nail and screw holding capacity. Top film on either side is bonded with a protective sheet which increases its abrasion and water resistance significantly. The plywood is corrosion resistant even in a atmosphere of high alkalinity as observed in construction sites. On account of using Borotik specially treated and seasoned ply, it is immune to decay, termite, borer and fungi attacks as well as distortion, warping, bend, bow and other structural defects.
