Delivery charges vary with product type, size, location and shipping availability.

Depending on the proximity of the address as well as the availability of the product, delivery can take approximately around 5-15 days.

After the customer places a successful order, we will get notification of the same and we will start the process of shipping your product. I.e. manufacture the product, package them and ship them while notifying the customer of the developments periodically till the product is delivered safely to the customer.

As of now, Borotik India Woodtech does not accept international orders.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be edited. Therefore, we are unable to change or add to the order which includes changing the address. However, you have the option of cancelling the order in which case, a cancellation charge of 5% of product cost will be levied. After shipping, the order cannot be cancelled.
