SHOPPING INFORMATION
Delivery charges vary with product type, size, location and shipping availability.
Depending on the proximity of the address as well as the availability of the product, delivery can take approximately around 5-15 days.
After the customer places a successful order, we will get notification of the same and we will start the process of shipping your product. I.e. manufacture the product, package them and ship them while notifying the customer of the developments periodically till the product is delivered safely to the customer.
As of now, Borotik India Woodtech does not accept international orders.
As soon your order as your order has been confirmed, you will be provided with an e-receipt of the order transaction.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will be directed to payment gateway for payment on your order.
Wish lists are collections of favorite products saved by patrons to their user account, indicating interest without immediate intent to purchase. It helps you come back to the same product at a later time without wasting time searching for it again.
Borotik India takes extreme care to ensure that your orders are properly packaged, not damaged or wrongly addressed. In the unfortunate event of any inadvertent error in packaging or addressing, you can initiate the return process.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be edited. Therefore, we are unable to change or add to the order which includes changing the address. However, you have the option of cancelling the order in which case, a cancellation charge of 5% of product cost will be levied. After shipping, the order cannot be cancelled.
