WARRANTY COVERAGE

Borotik India provides warranty that is unmatched in this sector. It is a testament of our confidence on the quality of our products. We provide the following warranty period for various products.

  • Solid wood timber = 99 years

  • Furniture = 15 years

  • Plywood = 15 years

  • Chairs = 15 years

  • Doors = 15 years

  • SCOPE OF WARRANTY

  • Borotik India warranty is valid only under normal/intended use conditions.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and workmanship defects that develop during the warranty period of the product.

  • The manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be rectified free of cost.
  • BEYOND SCOPE OF WARRANTY

    The warranty does not cover.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Upholstery/seat covers etc.

  • Minor cuts or scratches caused by impacts or accidents.

  • Incorrect installation, inappropriate usage/storage or wrong cleaning methods & products. Refer to “Care and Instructions”.

  • Prolonged exposure of Non moisture resistant products to dampness/moisture/rain.

  • Usage of product beyond its intended use.

  • Damages due to misuse, tampering, negligence, shifting of furniture in assembled condition and unauthorized modification to the product.

  • Due to seasonal change, wooden members tend to expand and contract. This is a normal phenomenon. Joints splits and hairline cracks as a result of the same may not be covered under warranty.

  • RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    Borotik India offers a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. The return policy is valid only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product.

  • Manufacturing Defect.

  • Incomplete Product.

  • Incorrect Product.

  • PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

    This is applicable only for products purchased from our website. You must be a registered user @borotik.in to purchase our products.

  • Sign-in to “My Account”

  • Under “My Orders” tab, click on RETURN for the item you wish to return

  • Select appropriate reason for return and upload supporting photographs before submitting.

  • After you have initiated the return process, our team will verify the request and contact you shortly regarding the decision.

  • In case of favorable decision, our company representative will confirm the date of pick up and will collect the product on the agreed day.

  • GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Products cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.

  • In case of cancellation before shipping from “My Orders” Tab, a cancellation fee of 5% will be levied on the total amount paid and the remaining amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

  • Borotik India reserves the right to cancel an order without assigning any reason thereof and the amount shall be credited back to the account as soon as possible.

  • All disputes / differences / controversies of whatever nature between Borotik India and other litigants will be subject to Kanyakumari Jurisdiction only.

  • RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Borotik Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from the date of delivery of the products as confirmed by our logistics teams or courier services.

  • Borotik Return policy is valid only for the following reasons: Damaged Product, Manufacturing Defect, Incomplete Product and Incorrect Product.

  • The refund amount will be equal to the item cost (excluding GST).

  • Customized orders cannot be returned.

  • Refund process will be initiated as soon as your return claim is accepted. Depending on the mode of payment/Bank/Payment gateway used for the transaction, it will take 8-10 days to credit the amount to your account.

  • Borotik India will collect the product from your doorstep. However, at locations beyond the reach of our return pick up team, the customer is requested to self-ship the product to us so as to complete the remaining formalities.
